Artist Statement
Lake Hayes changes from morning
to night and from season to season.
Sometimes still with mirror
reflections, and other times
wild and windswept.
I was inspired by the early morning
tranquility and the coloured highlights
on the Remarkables over the next
valley in Queenstown.The mists had
lifted and the greys turned to colour.
